Techily Fly ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by TF Plans.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services:

• Account Information: When you sign in using Google or Email/Password, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture to create and manage your account.
• User Content: Notes, checklists, images, and audio you create within the app.
• Usage Data & Device Information: We may collect information about your device, IP address, and how you interact with the app.
• Device or Ad IDs: Collected for advertising via Google AdMob, subject to your consent through UMP.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services (including local-first sync via Room DB and Firebase Firestore).
• To manage authentication, password resets, and profile editing.
• To provide AI-generated content (summarizing, fixing grammar, changing tone) using Google Gemini API.
• To serve personalized advertisements (using Google AdMob).
• For analytics and crash reporting (using Firebase Crashlytics).

4. Data Storage and Security

Your notes are stored locally on the device using Room (SQLite) and securely synced to Firebase Firestore if authenticated. Re-authentication is enforced for sensitive actions (e.g., password changes or account deletion). All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (SSL/TLS).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Google AdMob: Device/Ad IDs for advertising (subject to UMP consent).
• Google Firebase: For authentication, cloud storage, and crash reporting.
• Google Generative AI: Note content sent to Gemini API when you explicitly use AI features.

6. Account Deletion and Data Retention

You can delete your account at any time within the app by navigating to Profile → Delete Account. Re-authentication is required. Upon deletion:

• All synced notes and media on Firebase Firestore will be permanently deleted.
• Your Firebase Authentication record will be removed.
• All local data in Room database will be purged.

If you have uninstalled the app, email us at support@techilyfly.com with subject "Account Deletion Request - TF Plans". We process requests within 30 days.

7. Permissions Used

• INTERNET: Required for Cloud Sync, Gemini AI, and AdMob.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to check connectivity before syncing.
• RECORD_AUDIO: Required for Audio Notes (Runtime Permission).
• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Required to attach photos (Runtime Permission).
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Required for Reminders and Alarms (Android 13+).
• SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM: Required for precise note reminders via AlarmManager.
• VIBRATE: Required for alarm feedback.

8. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under age 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

9. EU Users — GDPR Rights

• Right to access your personal data.
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to restrict processing.
• Right to data portability.
• Right to object to processing.

We use Google UMP to obtain consent for ad personalization in compliance with GDPR.

By downloading, installing, or using TF Plans, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TF Plans is a productivity app built with Jetpack Compose for creating, managing, and organizing notes, tasks, checklists, and reminders. Features include:

• Rich text editing with custom BlockEditor (Text, Checklist, Image, Audio blocks)
• Text formatting, colors, highlights, and inline tags/categories
• Audio recording and image attachments
• Local-first architecture with Firebase Cloud synchronization
• AI-powered content processing via Google Gemini API
• Time-based reminders using AlarmManager
• Customizable UI (Themes, Font Sizes, Grid/List Views)

3. User Accounts

You may use the App in offline local mode. To enable cloud sync and AI features, sign in with Google or Email/Password. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Re-authentication is required for sensitive actions.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to content you create. You grant Techily Fly a limited license to store, sync, and process your content solely for providing the App's services.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses Google Generative AI (Gemini). By using AI features (e.g., Summarize, Fix Grammar, Change Tone), you acknowledge:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before applying it.
• Content submitted is processed by Google per Google's Privacy Policy.
• Techily Fly is not liable for AI-generated content.

6. Advertising

The App displays ads through Google AdMob. EU/EEA users get a consent form via UMP before personalized ads. You can manage ad preferences through device settings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services (including background WorkManager syncs).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TECHILY FLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. Delete your account through Profile settings or by emailing us. All local and cloud data will be permanently removed per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
